Consultation - Basic Package

Service Description

During their initial meeting, Veterans (and their family members, if desired) meet with Sarah to discuss goals, agree on a timeline, and make a list of needed/helpful documentation. This meeting typically lasts 20 minutes - 1 hour, and takes place via Zoom. The initial cost of this service is $350 but it includes the record review, Action Pan, and second meeting to review the Action Plan. ***If you are unable to pay this amount, simply choose "Pay In Person" when you book. You should also choose "Pay In Person" if you're choosing a payment plan - to bypass the initial charge. Inability to pay is not a barrier to this service. We will discuss what is "do-able" when we meet, and come to an agreement that suits us both.***
